It is about a community of interests – without financial interests. Furthermore the main point lies on information exchange, common researches and journeys. The community pursues exclusively and directly non%nd profit purposes. § 3 Registration To become a member, free assistant or singer with the IKA, it is required to register yourself. This can happen on the homepage of the IKA or by a handwritten form. In the exceptional case one can be also member / free assistant / singer by the fact that one announces himself by telephone or announces interest in E-mail. § 4 Members Members have rights and obligations (§§ 10,11). They can cooperate actively or support the IKA by thei entry. The members help to move the aims of the community and to reach. § 5 Free assistants Free assistants can also participate in the information exchange and the journeys the IKA. They work in a certain way in the background. If a free assistant wishes strictly not to be named on the homepage, it must be corresponded to this wish in every case. § 6 Individual data The data which got information of the members, of free assistant and singer, are administered by this, stored and not given to third person, also not transmitted within the community. Both represent the community to the outside. Boris Schneickert functions as a president and regulator, Tobias Riesbeck as a Co.–regulator and courier. Since the IKA reached the status of a non-profit organization, the IKA is a GbR for which president and Co.– regulator are liable legally. Each for his acts, affairs a. account processing. All rest members, free assistant a. singers are responsible only under private law for private offences. They are released from all legal obligations with the IKA. § 8 Leader of the IKA and his elimination The leader of the IKA is the president. All decisions are defeated by him. A president's change is only possible with voluntary elimination of the old president, death or offence of this against this statute in connection with intention or coarse negligence. This is responsible for the corresponding department. § 10 rights of the members, free assistant and singers The following rights within the community have all partners of the IKA: Right to be informed Participation in journeys Participation in coordinations about internal affairs Each (excluded free assistants) can apply for a statute change which is considered as accepted if at least the half of the entitled to vote agrees. § 11 Obligations of the members, free assistant and singers The following obligations within the community have all partners: Each must keep to the statute no internal information and results may be transmitted outwardly (agreement of a representative necessary) Won and for the IKA important information should be sent to a representative or be announced in the forum (so far publically) If a member books a journey for an other member or other persons, these have to pay immediately the money Within the framework of the E-mail-exchange of the IKA no advertisement of separate persons may be done. Indications to offers liable to pay the costs as well as the self-advertising are to be directed exclusively to the president and are checked by this and then are passed on perhaps. § 12 Elimination from the community To the status as a member, free assistant or singer in the IKA one can lose by: Own wish (written explanation(statement) / E–mail necessary) Violation of obligations under § 11 after unique warning Offence against the public welfare the IKA or damaging behavior Offence against this statute § 13 Coordinations and decisions All members have the right to participate in internal votings. Each has a voice, every voice belongs immediately. Persons without E–mail–address can not be considered by coordinations. § 14 Courses of law With unauthorized applying of data and texts the IKA as well as behavior opposite the IKA which damages of the community, she badly or exposes, the IKA reserves itself all legal means. § 15 Financial the IKA pursues no financial interests. a membership subscription is not raised. Money enters by donations, this is applied directly for the discussed purpose (travel, e.g., homepage). President a. Co.–regulator are authorized to dispose with the account the IKA and lead the account after the best conscience and in regard to the aims of the group. Every transfer / issue is to be arranged with the president. The members have no claim to the money. However, it is evenly distributed with journeys to all journey participants. § 16 Aims of the IKA The IKA sets down the following aims: production of world peace, environmental protection, animal protection, works with the crystal skulls, clarification and preparations of mankind for the new age, investigation of the puzzles of this world. § 17 Statute changes The regulators of the IKA can compile statute changes, which are tuned about. members and singers (however, free assistants) can not apply for statute changes. all entitled to vote have 7 days time to the statement, beginning from the day of the image of the statute change. changes of the statute are considered as accepted, if less than 33% of the entitled to vote bring reasonable pretexts against the statute change. § 18 Dissolution of the IKA If th IKa is dissolved, the available money is applied as followed: 70% is invested in a peace, research or environmental protection project, it is an IKA–own or a foreign project, remaining 30% is divided on the remaining members a. singers, but only if per person at least 5,00 EUR attack. § 19 Indroductions This statute comes into effect from the announcement day and is valid up to announcement of changes or a new statute.
