We are an organization which devotes itself to the investigation of the crystal skulls and old advanced civilizations. At the moment we count approx. 320 members who come from more than 15 different nations. Our most important aim is the creation of peace and for this aim we are ready to use the knowledge, the influence and the interlinking possibilities of the crystal skulls positively. We also have singers who sing for the peace. Other aims are an environmental protection and protection of animals. We are an international organization which acts to the well-being of mankind. We work at scientific as well as spiritual level and dispose of shamans, non-medical practitioners and medias also pupils, students, experienced scholars and doctors. The IKA collected information to the crystal skulls since the spring, 2001 and will give access to this gradually to the world. Several members of the IKA are guardian of crystal skulls, some persons channel with different crystal skulls, besides, we stand in connection with museums and private individuals who are in possession of the famous skulls. With the subject of crystal skull we are leading in Europe and open for everybody who would like to take part in us, as long as he also pursues our aims. Your IKA International ···>to the detailed information about the IKA-themes The Legend According to an old Legend of the indigenous people of America there are 13 crystal skulls on planet earth brought here by extraterrestrial races a long time ago. According to oral tradition these skulls contain crucial information about the origin, the purpose and goal of mankind and also important answers to the greatest mysteries of life and the universe. In 2012 according to the mayan calender another cycle of life´s history on planet earth ends. Therefore the 13 holy skulls should be brought together so that mankind will be able to benefit from their collective wisdom to accomplish a smooth transition. In addition until then everybody needs to be morally and spiritually worthy of that moment. All people should try to reach that goal with combined power. We at Ika are researching this legend. However, we do not believe that in 2012 will bring the ending of the world, but a transition into a new era will take place. Wars and (natural) disasters are happening today and are sure to happen even more between 2000 and 2012. The properties of Crystals There are many different kinds of crystals. However, since the legend talks of quarz (rock crystal) and most skulls are made of it, we concern ourselves with this kind of crystal. Quarz consists of silicon dioxide (SiO2) also called silicon. It is the most common mineral of the lithosphere, always has six sides and takes quite a long time to grow in nature (1 cm in 2000 years). It is so strong that it never wears away and becomes ancient. It is so pure that it is used by science for testtubes of the radiocarbonmethod. Under immense pressure and heat the crystal structure dissolves, yet instantly builds a new whole crystal as if following an inbuild plan. The physicist couple Curie (nobel prize laureate Marie Curie) discovered as early as 1880 that a crystal when pressure is applied produces an electric charge on its surface. (piezoelectricity) A few years later Marie Curie found out that a crystal can oscillate and therfore either receive or send radiowaves according to its voltage. We owe radio, modern mobilephones and microwaves to this discovery. These special characterictics allow the crystal to store natural energies. Todays computer industry grow their own crystals because extremely pure rock crystal is very rare. It is not possible to picture our modern high-tech society without crystals. However, even in ancient times the ancient peoples had their own “crystal technology”. In granite and sandstone there are many small quarz crystals inbedded in the surrounding material. The rocks of Stonehenge and Avebury in England and menhirs all over the world are an example. All holy stones and rocks on earth have quarz inclusions und so the same electrical properties as normal quarzcrystals. There is a highly developed technology behind the megalithic structures. Another spezial property of crystals is the so called triboluminiszens. Two crystals rubbed against each other in a dark room produce a weak glow. Sudden pressure leads to electron discharges in the atomic structure creating light at the crystals point of contact. An interesting fact is that transistors, small semiconuductors are made of artificial crystal and that without these modern computer and data storage technology could not be thought of. U.S. colonel Philip J. Corso even claimed in 1997 that the prototype of the transistors is of extraterrestrial origin. 1947 near Roswell, New Mexico this prototype was found among wrackage of a flying object. Quarz has an amazing capacity for storing data. As a capacitor it is able to store information over a long period of time and release it again later. Its applications are virtually unlimited and crystal technology will certainly accomplish much more in future. It is a solid fact that quarz is even able to react to human energies that the brain radiates and it also can process audio frequencies. Latest researche advances towards directly transferring brain waves into a computer. In past years already innumerable researchers and psychics could retrieve information from crystal skulls that had be stored there. The Crystal Skulls photos of some crystal skulls please visit "Kristallschädel" on the left side of our website Mitchell-Hedges Skull The most well-known and until today most interesting crystal skull was discovered in 1924 during an expedition led by Frederick Mitchell–Hedges in Lubaantan (Belize, Central America) where his 17 year old daughter Anna found it by chance. It is made of extremely clear and untarnished quarz crystal. Already innumerable people were able to see images and visions within the skull while intensely looking at it for a long time and concentrating on it. The computer company Hewlett–Packard examined the skull in the 1970s and discovered that it would have to have been polished more than 300 years nonstop to obtain this immaculate shape. There are no carving marks and in addition it is (like other crystal skulls) cut against the crystall´s symmetry axis. This method would normally be expected to break and splinter the skull. Further more the Mitchell-Hedges Skull has a movable lower jaw. Many Kekchi–Maya who helped with the archaeological excavation started dances of joy when the crystal skull appeared. Bill Homann has become it´s caretaker after it has been with Anna Mitchell-Hedges in Canada for decades. British Crystal Skull This is crystal skull of the British Museum, London. It was discovered in the 19th century in a tomb in Mexico. Through a jeweller it got to the Museum of Mankind, London. Later on it was brought to the British Museum a few streets away. The skull´s minimum age is 300 years, probably many thousand years. Several times, mainly by members of the museum´s cleaning personal, images and visions were seen within the skull and it´s aura was observed. (Almost all crystal skull have such an aura.) For this reason the skull was removed from the exibition room and put into a box in the museum´s cellar. When we visited in 2001 we were not allowed to see it. A long discussion with the persons in charge did not lead to any result. Also we noted that all literature concerning crystal skulls had been removed from the museum´s shop. In June 2003 IKA president Schneickert met with the museum´s ethnographic department and was able to spend several hours with the skull. Today the crystall skull again is on display in the British Museum. Parisian Crystal Skull The Parisian Crystal Skull is kept in the Musée du Quai Branly. It is made of a cloudy quarz crystal and is smaller than a human skull. It too was taken from a mexican tomb. Later on a hole was drilled into it in order to attach a crucifix. This skull also radiates energies which an IKA psychic could reveal during a very interesting experiment in summer 2001. MAX This is a large crystall skull weighing approx. 8 kg. It is privately owned by JoAnn and Carl Parks, Houston, USA. Max can be used for energy exchanges and is said to be covered with moisture (sweating) after such experiments. When Max was scientificly examined Max´s owners were denied the test results. (At the same time also other skull like the British Crystal Skull, The Smithsonian Institition´s Skull and “Na Sha Ra” (see below) were examined.) The Smithsonian Institition Crystal Skull Its size of 25,5 cm x 22,8 cm and 14 kg weight make it one of the largest known skulls. It was send anonymously via postal delivery to the Smithsonian Institition. Several people in the U.S. believe the skull to be cursed. It´s inside is mainly hollow, that is why we at IKA doubt the authenticity of this crystal skull. RoseHeart Since Oktober 2006 this skull is with us at IKA and a member of the Crystal Counsil. It weights 3,6 kg, originates from Brasil and is a new skull which we use in our work for peace and consciousness. Mayan Crystal Skull This quarz skull was discovered 1912 in Copan/Guatemala. Later on a mayan priest brought it to the U.S. to sell it there. When looking into it scenes of victims and violence can be seen which suggests that it has been used in ritual sacrifices. Zulu Crystal Skull Myths and Legends of the Zulu people speak of this crystal skull. However, it has not yet been revealed to the public. Massai Crystal Skull Similar to the Zulu Skull there are myths and legends, however no solid evidence of its existence. It has not been discovered yet, at least not by western civilisation. Templar Crystal Skull Nick Nocerino was able to take a look at this skull during world war II. Images of blood and szenes of cruzifixion are said to be seen within the skull which is why it is sometimes called “The Blood of Christ”. It is in the possession of a french secret society and is made of crystal quarz. San Josè Crystal Skull This skull originates from Mexico and is made of clear amethyst. It is loaded with negative energies and perversions which suggests that it has been abused for magic rituals (like death curses). Berlin or Gestapo Crystal Skull Similar to many other crystal skulls this skull has been used in rituals. It was stolen by the Gestapo (the Nazi´s secret police) and is supposed to have ended up in the Vatikan. Abut us In spring 2001 after reading “ The Mystery of the Crystal Skulls” by Chris Morton and Ceri Louise Thomas, Boris Schneickert had the idea of forming a group that would concern itself with this topic. Therefore in march 2001 he posted a message on his private homepage requesting that people also interested in unraveling the mystery of the crystal skulls contact him. During the following months several interested people answered the call. In june, the first joint trip took place to the one-day-meeting of the AAS in Linz, Austria and later on to the exibit “Unsolved Mysteries” in Vienna where, among other things, crystal skulls where on display. On August 18th 2001 in London the IKA (Interessensgemeinschaft für Kristallschädel und alte Hochkulturen = community of interest for crystal skulls and ancient civilisations) was officially founded by Boris Sunson, Toby Li Si und Andreas B. In autumn 2001 the number of members had grown to 12 each between 16 and 60 years old and with diverse professions. This group had already been on journeys and tours to Vienne, Paris and London and so they presented their findings at the mystery festival in Beatenberg (switzerland.) Since January 2002 the IKA experienced a steep rise in popularity. We at IKA presented our first own homepage (which now has been replaced by an improved Flash-version), we cooperated with "Präastronautikwelt" as partner web site. In addition more and more other web sites posted a link to our homepage. One year after beeing founded IKA had become the largest research group in Germany concerning itself with crystal skulls. By then the goals world peace, preparing mankind for the new era and later on environmental protection were added. In the first half of 2003 a members only area with a data archive was etablished. In addition animal protection became a new goal. Since the second half of 2003 we intensified our cooperation with our partner organisation Darmstädter Community and also the Lichtplattform e. V. and are organizing events together. Also during the second half of 2003 reporters of differnent TV channels (PRO 7, Arte, MDR und ARD) called and met with us. The biggest new age magazine “Esotera” wrote about crystal skulls in a multipaged report with reference to IKA. A close personal contact could be established with Joky van Dieten, caretaker of eight crystal skulls, who will be traveling for years around the globe with her crystal skulls. In spring 2004 we started our cooperation with the famous crystal skull explorer Joshua Shapiro and his wife Desy Shapiro who also became members of IKA. Together we organize events for world peace. In summer 2004 we devided our members into active and passive members and immensly increased the capacity of our homepage. Since September 2005 the Crystal Council is working closely together with the president and is involved in all decisions. Members of the first Crystal Council are: Minou Berr, Schleswig-Holstein Uta Schiel, Baden-Württemberg Andreas Bleeck, Hessen Mel, Niedersachsen Steve Smith, Berlin We are contacted by Individuals, Institutions, museems, various organisations and the press. All members of IKA are working together wonderfully and form an intact community with only one goal: the collective good! We would like to invite anyone interested to research with us which involves exchange of information via e-mail, journeys to places where crystal skulls are displayed or privately kept and also to other important locations.
